Paul was an excellent guide. He shared interestimg and pertinent stories while remaining aware of the the tour schedule. Overall, I didn't feel prepared for timeline of the visit. We met at 11:00, but didn't get to the museum until 1:00. Our museum guide was not as aware of time and went long (not your staff, I know). We were on a firm schedule and didn't have any time to explore on our own after the museum tour.

Probably the best view I have seen during my entire time in New York! It was absolutely fantastic and fun! I would recommend going to the 9/11 memorial first and then go up to the 102nd floor of the One World Observatory.


