Teacher Mao was very professional. A native of Shanghai, she was extremely familiar with Yu Garden and provided a very detailed explanation throughout the tour. The process wasn't tiring at all. We heard many stories about the garden, some of which weren't even online but were only recorded in the county annals. It was very vivid and interesting. She even took us to the City God Temple before the tour ended. It was definitely worth the trip! Yu Garden truly needs a guided tour; otherwise, you simply won't understand it! This trip was very worthwhile!★

The driver and guide Joe is a really wonderful person. We were a group of 5 people and he helped us a lot. One of us is a person in a wheelchair, so he helped even with it coz he had to move in such a wheelchair for half a year.★

There are a lot of good tour operators in Shanghai but Jenny’s Tours are at another level. I wish I could give 10 stars because Jenny raises the bar so much! My guide, Peggy, spoke impeccable English, took the time to ask me what I was interested in and then guide me across Shanghai, making me feel like I was a resident here! Peggy is a very experienced guide, so she knows everything and can answer all of your questions. She made me discover Shanghai from an insider’s point of view and she not just showed me the touristic places (which is what I asked for). It was such a delight! I loved every moment, and her meal and coffee / tea ceremony break suggestions were spot on! Absolutely amazing. I strongly recommend Jenny’s tours, especially since Jenny is very responsive, immediately contacts you after booking (which is not the case with the other tour operators I tried) and ensures that you’ll be satisfied and comfortable. Absolutely top notch!★

Great experience with Ms. Xin! The driver and Ms. Xin were very accommodating. I booked the tour the night before, after 9pm and they immediately reached out a few minutes after. They picked me up on time and The tour was at my pace. They asked if I wanted to see any additional things and they took me. Ms. Xin was very knowledgeable and knew a lot about the city. I’m very glad I booked this tour. I learned a lot with the short period of time I got. Lunch was great!! They take you to a local place that happens to be Michelin rated z highly recommend this tour. Vehicle was new, water was supplied and I even got a fan to be with all day. Again, could not recommend more. Great experience.★
