What I liked most was the guide's explanation in Florence and Alima's support before boarding the train. What I liked least was the lack of signage to find the meeting point; we wasted a lot of time looking for it. There was only a letter-sized sheet of paper on top of an ATM at the kiosk.★

The trip was excellent, as was the service of my guide, Gianni. He was very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. My wife and I brought our 1 year old and he was very understanding and hospitable. The scenery and wine tasting trip itself was excellent, but Gianni’s experience and knowledge of the area and culture really brought the trip to life. I absolutely plan to reconnect with Gianna and repeat this trip if I ever have the opportunity, and will recommend this to anyone looking for a more immersive, authentic Tuscany experience!★
