It was a very good trip. There was a car for round-trip transportation, and the tour guide was there for the entire day. The bus ride from Hanoi's Old Quarter to Halong Bay took about three hours. I rarely sit in the back seat, but it was surprisingly comfortable. Along the way, I was able to see exotic scenery, and Halong Bay was also quite beautiful. It's just that after seeing so many mountains and rivers in China, I didn't find it as stunning. However, the cruise experience was very good. There was a bathing pool on the top deck, so if you have children, bring your swimsuits. It was a very enjoyable day! The tour guide spoke English, and some of the boat staff spoke Chinese! Highly recommended!★

The day before departure, I received a KakaoTalk message. I was worried about sending passport photos, so I told them I needed to send just a photo of my e-ticket and the English names of all family members, which I appreciated. The photos listed in the product description for Ho Chi Minh City entry were unnecessary. Before heading to the departure hall, a woman held a piece of paper with our family of four's names on it. She met us, took photos of our plane tickets, told us to stand in a designated line, and let us in. The immigration officer in our line was a bit slow, so it took a while, but it definitely moved faster than the regular line. It was worth the money. I was worried about booking an overseas trip, but it was a great experience.★

The itinerary was excellent. We picked up our passengers in the city before 8:30 AM and sailed to the port in Halong Bay. We stopped at a service area along the way and had lunch on board. We had three afternoon activities: swimming on the beach or hiking, exploring caves, and kayaking or rafting through caves. The afternoon tea at the end was too simple, and we arrived back in the city at around 9 PM, leaving us hungry. It would be great if the price could be increased and a buffet was offered.★

It was a luxurious cruise. It was quite difficult to meet, but they found it well. It was nice that there was a jacuzzi so I could go in and move around. There was also a small shower room so I could change clothes. It would be good to bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a swimsuit, and a towel. The tour schedule was also good. I brought snorkeling equipment because the visibility was not clear for swimming, but it was useless. Goggles were enough.★

The tour guide was excellent—handsome, funny, humorous, thoughtful, and energetic. The boat trip was also excellent, and the top-floor photos were stunning. The itinerary was well-planned, and the buffet included seafood (oysters, shrimp, clams, etc.), fruit, and more. Victor was also very helpful in pre-communication. Highly recommended.★

The service they offer is the same as what you receive. The staff was very friendly. The boat is the same as the one in the photos. The food was varied and plentiful, and the activities met expectations. Highly recommended!
