How to use

Mobile or paper ticket accepted

• We meet OUTSIDE of 24 Broad Street. Do not go inside. We are not affiliate with the building.

• Note the street is BROAD Street not Broadway. These are 2 different streets.

• Wait for your guide who will be there with a orange hat and/or a blue shirt/jacket 15 minutes prior to departure. Just tell the guide your name to check in and you will receive tickets to the Statue of Liberty.

• It will be difficult to catch up to the tour if you are late so please be prompt.

• PARKING - There is no on-site parking. Parking can be difficult. Please plan ahead to find an available garage that is close to the meeting location. Allocate additional time to find parking space and walking to the meeting location. We recommend taking public transport.

• DRIVING/TAXI - the meeting location is behind a secured area off limits to cars. Closest intersection is Broadway and Wall Street.

• Please be dressed appropriately for the weather. Tour takes place rain or shine.

• Comfortable walking shoes are necessary.

• You will be required to go through security screenings, so plan accordingly.

• Please note: At times, the Statue of Liberty may be close due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control. In the instances where the tour operator continues to conduct the tour, but cannot provide access to the Statue of Liberty, no refunds will be provided. Should this occur, you will be given the option to reschedule to another available tour or given tickets that you can use to enter at a different day.

• This tour does NOT include admission to the 9/11 Museum.

Any traveler groups not mentioned in the booking options are not applicable for voucher use.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

A moderate amount of walking is involved. Please wear comfortable shoes

If you purchase the upgrade, after the walking tour, you'll receive a ferry ticket to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. This covers a self-guided visit to both islands but doesn't include access to the crown or pedestal.

Security screening will take place prior to entering the Statue of Liberty. Security is managed by the United States Park Police and visitors to the park are required to undergo airport-style security screening; all persons and property are subject to search

Please avoid bringing any large items. Smaller items can be checked into lockers at Liberty Island. Large items will have to be left outside at the guest's own risk.

Please note: At times, the Statue of Liberty will close due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control. In the instances where the tour operator continues to conduct the tour, but cannot provide access to the Statue of Liberty, no refunds will be provided.
