<ul><li>When using the Hakone Kamakura Pass, please have your ticket stamped by the station staff at the departure gate.</li><li>② When passing through the ticket gate, please show the Hakone Kamakura Pass and have the station staff confirm the validity period.</li><li>If you travel beyond the designated section, you must pay an additional fee for that section.</li><li>④ This pass does not include the fare for the Romancecar. If you want to ride the Romancecar, please purchase a Limited Express ticket (reserved Seating ticket) separately.</li><li>⑤ When your trip is over and you no longer need the pass, please hand it over to the station staff.</li><li>⑥This pass cannot be used to ride the Izu-Hakone Bus.</li></ul><p>【Refund matters】</p><ul><li>The transportation may be suspended due to weather conditions, etc. If you are unable to use the transportation due to suspension, you can get a refund at the Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center in Shinjuku or Odawara. However, this is only possible if you have not yet used the transportation.</li><li>Please bring the electronic exchange voucher to Shinjuku West Exit or Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center in Odawara to exchange for the pass before use.</li><li>Tickets can only be exchanged during operating hours at the Shinjuku West Exit/Odawara Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center.</li><li>When exchanging for a pass, please specify the date you want to start using. You can only select a start date within one month from the date of exchange.</li></ul><h3>Available routes</h3><ul><li>You can get on and off as you like on all Odakyu Lines for 3 days.</li><li>※Separate fees are required for the Limited Express Romancecar.</li><li>You can get on and off any of the eight major transportation options in Hakone</li><li>1.
