We decided to take my parents and kids to Zhangjiajie for New Year's Day. After reading countless travel guides, I was completely overwhelmed, especially with elderly people and children traveling together. In the end, we chose this private tour through Ctrip. They provided pick-up and drop-off service, and a guide accompanied us throughout the trip! It was definitely worth it. The scenery in Zhangjiajie is breathtaking, and we were incredibly lucky to witness the rarest snowfall of the year! Our guide was Liao Qin. Her explanations were excellent. We communicated with her a day in advance, knowing my parents' mobility issues meant they couldn't walk too much, so she tried to take us on the park's transportation as much as possible, and we saw all the highlights! We were extremely satisfied! If we had tried to find our own way, we probably wouldn't have been able to see all the beautiful sights in a day! The group bus picked us up directly from the hotel. It was convenient and saves us a lot of trouble. The bus was also very clean, and the driver's driving skills were excellent! We'll definitely come back for a second visit when the weather is nice! Zhangjiajie is definitely worth it!

Our guide was knowledgable and sensitive to our disposition; adding information where relevant and giving us our own space to explore and chat when we wanted.  I couldn’t imagine a better way to explore the marvels this area has to offer.  5/5 service 5/5 scenery You won’t be disappointed.

We had an amazing time with our guide, Jupiter! He led us through each place well and made sure we never felt rushed or like we were missing out on any nice views. A guide is definitely recommended as YuanJiaJie is difficult to navigate on your own~

This day trip to Tianmen Mountain was a great experience. It was rare to go in the morning when the sun was shining, but unfortunately some facilities were under maintenance and we couldn't experience them. However, it gave us the opportunity to come back again. The scenery on the mountain was beautiful, and the cable car and glass walkway were very interesting. Our guide, Tian Yi, was very professional, and there were no extra charges throughout the trip, making it a very worthwhile experience overall.

Today's itinerary was decided in a hurry, but the platform made timely arrangements and handled problems on-site promptly and effectively. Our tour guide, A-Jun, provided enthusiastic service throughout the trip, gave comprehensive explanations, and helped us take photos. We were very satisfied with the service. Although it was during the Spring Festival, our trip to Zhangjiajie and Tianmen Mountain was relatively relaxed overall, making it suitable for traveling with the elderly and children. We had a very good experience.

Today's itinerary was fantastic! I was worried it would rain and spoil the fun, but it snowed—a lot of snow! As a southerner, I was so excited! A big thank you to our guide, Xiao Bin! 👍 We didn't leave until after 9 am, allowing us to sleep in. Also, our group of 25 only had 5 people today, so we traveled in a minivan, which was super comfortable. The guide provided detailed explanations throughout the trip, taking us to the highlights, telling us many interesting stories about the places, and even helping us find the best angles for photos. He was very considerate, arranging the route according to our needs. It was quite cold today, and the guide wasn't dressed warmly enough; I felt sorry for him! 😂 The driver was also excellent, driving very smoothly and recommending good restaurants. When one of our group needed to eat at a particular restaurant, the driver even took them there. Very thoughtful. A 10/10 recommended itinerary! You can just hop on the bus; otherwise, you definitely wouldn't be able to see all the attractions in a day.
