Good trip. Our guides were Eva and Neli. Eva was great but mostly Spanish speaking and Neli was English guide n it was her first time. She did a good job. There was enough free time and, decent explanations for the stops. They explained well in both languages. The Boyana church was very small and church staff was very rude, probably because it was a free entry day. Skippable if you donβt want to buy ticket. Overall a good trip for Rila, worth it!β

If you arrive in Sofia for a few days don't miss the opportunity to visit Plovdiv. The trip is about 2 hours, the van was comfortable and the driver serve as a tourist guide as well. She was professional and very knowledgeable about the history and traditions of Bulgaria. We spent a good time during the trip. Thanks Maria!β

It was my first time hiking and it was definitely a challenge but iβm glad i did it. The snow was everywhere and sometimes we sank knee deep in the snow so i recommend you bring waterproof clothing and the very big snow shoes so you donβt sink π€£ overal a very nice experience. Next time iβll train more cardio beforehandξ₯
