The wonderful guides also took good care of the older people. The beginning of the route was really challenging with steep climbs. If you have knee problems or asthma, I would carefully consider going. On the route, you had to crawl, hang, and go from suspension bridges at times. I did feel like a superhero when I completed the route. I recommend it to those in good shape.★

We had a wonderful hike!! Julio was amazing- he told us loads of interesting information about the area, and was able to adjust the route for us in rainy weather. We would highly recommend this- it was so wonderful to get into the national park, after seeing it in the distance from Granada. Thank you Julio!★

Me and my daughter did the tour and it was amazing. Our tour guide Anthony did an awesome job! He was prompt picking us up and that is important to me. The car was very clean and we felt safe the entire time. He was very knowledgeable about the history of Nicaragua and the places he took us and he was very personable. I also really appreciate how respectful he was of my daughter being very polite and opening her door when we stopped. We stopped in Granada where we visited a cacao making shop. The smell was amazing and it was a great experience. We then went to the market and learned some history and grabbed souvenirs. Next we headed to this massive lake and hung on the beach for a moment while he shared more knowledge of Nicaragua. Next it was off to the boat ride. We learned about the many islands on the lake, who owned them, and the history of a few. After that it was off to the lagoon. This was my favorite part. The lagoon was absolutely beautiful. Me and my daughter took a short horseback ride and Anthony took some amazing candid pics for us. We grabbed a couple more souvenirs and headed back. We were extremely pleased with the tour and our Guide. I highly recommend the tour and Anthony specifically.
