The day was amazing, the place was beautiful, Matthew our guide was brilliant from start to finish, gave us recommendations for restaurants (even though I didn’t see till after 🙈) was friendly and informative, Zakopane was beautiful, he took us into Slovenia (just). thermal baths were lovely, really made the experience as it was snowing and -10 we had to Jump into 3 pools to warm up to get to the adults pool bar 🤣 but you can access the tier one straight from inside. Lovely guide really made the tour would definitely recommend★

Amazing visit. Communication from organiser and driver was excellent. Option for packed lunch was a nice touch. Very early start 6.20am but pick up location wasn't far from hotel and it meant we were back in town by 12.30. Entrance was swift made easy by the driver organising our group and tour guide was excellent.★

Went as a solo traveler and it was amazing. Between the bottomless open bar, the drinking games and the clubs, I properly lost my liver and a decent amount of braincells but the guides still made sure to keep me entertained and alive until the end.

A visit to the Auschwitz museum and labor camp, and the Birkenau extermination camp, is a must in life to become aware of the atrocities that human beings are capable of committing. It also makes us realize that, unfortunately, if we don't all take this into account, any politician in a powerful country could repeat this tragic chapter of human history. There are moments during the visit that leave you somewhat shocked, but I think it's not until hours or the day after the visit that you truly grasp the horrific mass genocide that the Nazis committed worldwide.★

We were picked up right outside our accommodation by Tomas or driver for the day. He was extremely knowledgeable about Krakow and gave us the lowdown about the city as we passed through it. When we got to the museum we were greeted by our guide for the day with our tickets as promised. The guide was fantastic and showed real empathy as we went around both sites reminding us that this was a terrible place. We had appropriate silences during the tour. This was a fantastic experience but it did drive home how horrible a place this was.★

Worth the visit! The day before our driver Tomasz arranged a pick up time and offered a packed lunch at a very reasonable price. It was definitely worth the £10/50 zlotys with the amount in them and also less hassle. Once the day arrived. Tomasz was very helpful and professional. He helped us with everything and communicated well on where to find him once the tour had ended. As for the Auschwitz - what a very interesting place, very sad but Worth every minute! Our guide was very knowledgeable and as very honest about it all. Definitely glad I visited and would definitely recommend it to anyone that is visiting Krakow.
