Reviews: Vienna: Schönbrunn Palace & Gardens Skip-the-Line Tour

Our guide, Raffaele, was truly brilliant at immersing us in the past with his knowledge, passion, professionalism, and ability to immerse us in history. We were truly fortunate, thank you.
Reviews: Schönbrunn Palace + Vienna bus sightseeing half-day tour|Includes admission ticket with skip-the-line access + professional guide
Guest User2026-01-03
First, we took a bus tour around the city's major attractions. This was a great experience, giving visitors a glimpse into Vienna. Then we headed to Schönbrunn Palace. There were no shopping stops along the way, which was fantastic. Upon arriving at Schönbrunn Palace, there was a guided tour, which was also a very good experience. Overall, it was excellent.

Our guide (Siri) was very helpful and knowledgeable! Skipping the lines to the palace was great…. We didn’t have to wait in a single line! You do not have to get there early either, there are enough parking spots(in the morning tour), and no waiting! The guide/check in is very easy to find! The palace was very interesting especially with a guide telling you all of its secrets! I would not recommend without a guide, but with a guide it is amazing and I strongly recommend!
Reviews: Vienna: Klimt Villa (Gustav Klimt Atelier & Museum) Ticket
Guest User2025-12-08
The young lady at the ticket counter gave us a very warm welcome :) The museum was interesting for Klimt fans, but a bit smaller than expected. The price-performance ratio would have been good if the audio guide had been included with the ticket.
Reviews: Vienna 3, 4 or 5-Attraction Pass: Schönbrunn, Belvedere, Bus

Basically, go to one of the bus stops to have your reservation converted into a voucher. Only with these vouchers can you then go to the Belvedere and Shombrung ticket offices to get your tickets... and it's not guaranteed that you'll be able to get them for the same day.
