On the day of use, please present the Trip.com confirmation email and QR code to the restaurant service staff before ordering to redeem the meal voucher.

Important note
  • Cash Voucher is applicable for Lunch A La Carte Menu, Tapas Menu, High Tea Menu & Beverage Menus. Not applicable for Set menus.
  • Reservation has to be made on Trip.com app or website before you dine at your selected restaurant. Please make the reservation via this booking link.
  • The voucher is valid for redemption for 3 months from the issue date.
  • The voucher is for one-time use only. No extension will be entertained.
  • The voucher is not valid on the eve and public holidays in Singapore or on special occasions days like Mother's Day or Father's Day. 
  • The voucher is not cash redeemable and not replaceable if lost or stolen.
  • Vouchers are not applicable with other promotions, discounts, offers, or vouchers.
  • Multiple Trip.com vouchers can be used in one bill.  
  • All vouchers will be used based on its full value. Any residual value of the voucher cannot be refunded.
  • The voucher needs to be presented to the restaurant before ordering. The restaurant has the right to refuse a voucher if given after the meal.
