Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 4:00 PM, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 10:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 10:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

Regarding the number of participants for the special session:
Special tours with Guide An and Guide Meng require a minimum of 5 participants. If the group cannot be formed, you will be notified one day in advance to arrange a guide change.
Andao's exclusive tour: boutique small groups of around 25 people during off-peak season, with a maximum of 35 people during peak season.
Teacher Meng's exclusive tour, boutique small group of around 15 people during off-peak season, with a maximum of 20 during peak season
