What's included

Guide service fee, 8 hr, 10 hr, customized selection based on customer request

Guide: 1. During the tour, transportation fees, admission tickets for both the guide and customers are to be covered by the customers. The guide's meal allowance is 60 CNY per meal, with one meal per day. 2. The overtime fee for the guide is 150 CNY per additional hr.

Adult: 1–80 years old

How to use

After placing the booking, you can inform customer support of the departure time and pick-up location.

Alternatively, customer support or the guide will contact you one day in advance to confirm the itinerary, the meeting point in Macau, and the departure time.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:00 PM 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 15% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 75% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Important note

1. Enjoy an 8-hr or 10-hr guided walking tour in Macau with a professional guide. Overtime will be charged accordingly. Please note.

2. Additionally, customers are responsible for transportation and taxi fees involved in walking tours. For certain attractions that require admission tickets for recreational activities, customers must cover these costs themselves, and guide tickets are not included. For example: [Admission tickets and boat tickets for attractions such as Macau Tower and Macao Museum are the responsibility of the customer.]

Or you can have the guide help with the booking and reimburse the actual cost to the guide later.

3. During the tour, clients are responsible for the guide's working meals. You may dine together with the guide if convenient. Otherwise, a meal allowance of 60 CNY can be provided to the guide.
