1. Wild dolphins are not guaranteed to be spotted (success rate over 90%).
Travelers prone to seasickness are advised to bring motion sickness medicine in advance.
3. Please arrive at the venue with your passport 30 minutes before the scheduled time to redeem your ticket. No refunds or changes will be granted for cancellations, late arrivals, or missed appointments due to personal reasons.
4. Time slot changes or early returns due to shortened experience duration caused by seasonal factors, weather, or unexpected circumstances are normal occurrences and cannot be refunded or changed. We appreciate your understanding regarding uncontrollable weather conditions (after booking, please stay updated via app notifications or dialog messages to avoid missing important announcements).
Making separate bookings may result in passengers not being on the same yacht. Please inform customer support in advance.
6. For bookings paid outside attraction operating hours (Korea time 9:00 AM–6:00 PM), to avoid automatic cancellation due to timeout, bookings will be automatically confirmed by default. Reservations will be processed in order after the attraction resumes operations. If sailing is canceled due to insufficient staff, passenger limits, full capacity, weather conditions, or other uncontrollable factors, both parties are exempt from liability and a full refund will be issued. Final arrangements are subject to the attraction's notice. Please note that no compensation will be provided for any losses caused by last-minute notifications.
Note: Personal expenses and accident insurance are not included. Compensation is required for any damage to merchant items such as fishing gear on board or losses caused by items falling into the sea. Specific compensation standards are subject to the attraction's notification.
