How to Use:

 

1. On the selected travel date and during the bus operation period, go to the bus station/service point/service staff (including the driver) with the e-voucher provided by the supplier to exchange the ticket and other physical ticket included in the Option . Please keep your physical ticket. Then start your hop-on hop-off bus journey at the designated route station.

Note:

 

1) Please identify the bus operator you purchased the ticket from and find the bus operator’s service staff (including the driver)/service point to present the e-voucher for use.

 

2) After the purchase is successful, you will receive an e-voucher provided by the supplier. Please download it in advance and prepare it before getting on the bus so that the service staff can serve you quickly.

 

3) Only one guest's information is required for one booking , so the e-voucher in one booking shows one guest's information. The system automatically reads the information in the "Contact Person" column. If you encounter such a situation, please be aware that the name does not affect the use. Please make sure you present all pages of the e-voucher for use.

 

4) Please check the official website before traveling to understand the operating hours and departure time of each bus route and plan your trip accordingly.

 

5) If the service personnel at your station temporarily leave, please wait for the next bus to arrive and the driver will provide assistance.

1. The City sightseeing ticket Option includes a one-way sightseeing cruise ticket, but it is only valid before 17:00.

 

2. Night cruise tickets can only be purchased at the Departure Pier, and a valid hop-on hop-off ticket must be presented when purchasing.

 

3. Cruise along the Danube River for about 1 hour.

 

4. departure time: Departs at 12:00pm, 1:00pm, 2:00pm, 3:00pm, 4:00pm, 4:30pm, 5:00pm, 6:00pm, 7:00pm, and 8:00pm, 9:00pm, 9:30pm every day
