Hello everyone! As soon as I paid for the reservation, the tour organizer messaged me on WeChat almost immediately. A few days before the tour, he also wrote to me and mentioned our guide, with whom we also communicated on WeChat! If you're traveling with children, definitely take this tour and you'll enjoy it! No need to worry about how or what to take, no need to go to the metro station to transfer to a bus; a comfortable minivan picked us up. Our guide, Tana, was very engaging and spoke excellent Russian; even the kids enjoyed listening! Very kind and attentive! The only thing I'll point out is that we paid 140 yuan per person for the round-trip cable car. The experience was simply wonderful! I highly recommend it!★

Our snowy trip to the Mutianyu Great Wall was absolutely magical. Seeing the Great Wall blanketed in white snow was a breathtaking wow moment—I completely fell in love.
The bus arrived on time, and our tour guide Amelia explained everything clearly on the way, which made us feel prepared and at ease. She also explained the different routes on the wall and gave us the option to choose, which we really appreciated.
The countryside buffet included with our ticket was delicious and comforting—something I would happily choose over Burger King or Subway. We also loved the optional Great Wall certificate as a meaningful keepsake. The cable car ride going up was a bit scary, but the ride down was smooth and enjoyable.
We’re very glad we chose Mutianyu over Badaling. There was a small misunderstanding about an earlier bus departure, but the lady organizer handled it kindly and professionally, personally apologizing and making sure everything went smoothly. The experience was surreal!★

I enjoyed the tour. The bus was comfortable, large, and clean. The guide was cheerful. Unfortunately, due to traffic, we were behind schedule and didn't have time to visit the old summer palace, and it was already dark when we arrived at the summer palace. But that didn't ruin the day. Many thanks to the guide. Everything was wonderful!★

Tour guide Cindy (Yan Yan) was great. She did it well in both Chinese and English and it was really helpful that the guided tour at summer palace was over a headset so we could all hear her. She was very helpful in providing advice on what we can do at Great Wall and also helped to purchase the cable care entry ticket at Great Wall making it very fuss free for us. Only downside is the group can get quite big and it may be more difficult to follow the group if the attraction is crowded. Just keep an eye on the flag and it should be fine.
