The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay overall. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout the visit. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping was consistent and responsive to requests.
The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation options, which made getting around very manageable. The hotel facilities were generally well-kept, and the common areas were clean and welcoming.

Had a great day trip to Cinque Terre and Pisa with our tour guide Nathan Smith! He was lovely, friendly, knowledgeable. He also shared with us his photography expertise and also entertained us with fun facts and comedy SNL skits during the bus ride. Cinque Terre was beautiful. The weather was really hot when we went there so we appreciated that the hike at Manarola was not too long but comfortable and it got us to the scenic photo worthy spots. Also appreciated the lovely meal recommended by our tour leader at Monterosso. At the end of the tour Nathan also suggested some fun and popular food options back in Florence that were really great to explore and experience. Overall enjoyed the tour very much and thank you City Wonders Team for executing a wonderful beach getaway.★

This tour was a great walking tour and a lot of fun. It was raining some of the time but did not cause any issues. There were six of us and the tour guide Teddy. Teddy/Theodora did a great job at each stop which included wine, bread, olive oil, snacks, gelato and Florentine steak which were awesome. Her knowledge of Florence was very entertaining, extensive and knowledgeable. Loved her personality! I would give this tour a solid 10 and would do it again!★

I took this class with Francesca in early September. Francesca was so lively and did a very nice job of ensuring everyone understood and heard each and every step. After reading some reviews I wasn’t sure if I was going to actually learn how to make the sauces; Francesca explained the entire process step-by-step. A month later, I was able to accurately re-create a Tuscan Ragú with homemade pappardelle. The wine was great. The people were great. It was an overall excellent experience. Thank you, Francesca, for sharing your family recipes!
I came before the rest of my group came to Italy; I wish I would’ve been able to find some thing for our large group just like this!★
