Important Notes:

1. Passengers with cardiovascular/cerebrovascular diseases, mental illnesses, severe vestibular dysfunction, or those under the influence of alcohol/drugs, as well as children under 4 years old, cannot board the flight. Children aged 4 to 14 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian during the flight.

2. Each flight requires at least 2-3 people to take off.

3. In case of flight disruptions due to force majeure such as weather conditions or air traffic control restrictions, both parties shall negotiate to postpone or cancel the flight. If the flight is canceled, a full refund will be issued.

4. For load balance and flight safety considerations, we will group passengers. Please follow the instructions of the staff. The maximum passenger load for each flight will be determined by the captain based on the flight conditions at the time.

5. During the flight, the aircraft shall not make unscheduled stops or disembark passengers, no objects shall be thrown from the aircraft, and passengers shall not assault, threaten, intimidate, or obstruct crew members, nor shall they touch the aircraft's control systems or other equipment switches without authorization.

6. Visitors should arrive at the boarding location at least 30 min in advance with a valid ID to complete check-in procedures.

7. Passengers must comply with the security procedures of the airline before boarding. No baggage is allowed to be carried on board, nor any equipment that the operator deems may interfere with operational safety. The operator is responsible for inspecting passengers' personal belongings.

8. For matters not covered herein, the final interpretation right shall belong to Guangdong Kelong Airlines within the scope permitted by law.
