The tour guide was very friendly and knew a lot about Florence. She was able to share a lot of information about the David statue.
At the beginning of the tour she spent too much time giving us advice on which bathrooms to use. More information on the city would have been preferred. ★

The Pitti Palace was amazing, but I was a bit disappointed with the garden. I expected that due to the season (late December), most of the plants would be sadly dormant, but I hadn't counted on the numerous construction machines, trenches, and fences around monuments and fountains. It was easy to get lost; there was no order to the visits, so some areas had to be visited several times.★
