Bought the pass for both arrival and departure at Hanoi. Heard that arrival usually takes up to 2hrs but it was alright when I arrived but departure queues were wayyyyyy too long even up till security checks. I'm so glad I got this pass to skip all the queues.β

Very convenient , cheap and good in communication, I used to book with other local agent and cost me fortune for frequent traveller like me . I travel out and in HCM at least 4 times a month. Here I book two way super VIP around 65 USD. While last time I booked for 120 USD for same kind services. The WhatsApp team very proactive , abd the best part they can speak multi languages . Very easy to locate the staff. Save us hours from queuing, the immigration clearance only took us 15mins and collect luggage within 10mins. Less than 30mins we alrd out of airport. Recommended if you travel to Vietnam during peak season especially if you travel with elderly and kids.β

Only one thing that I would recommend is the company should put the contact number or give an instruction or contact after we have booked the trip. I have to check the website www.arcadycruises.com and try to find the way to contact tour operation by myself to give my hotel address. So, please improve. This is a good and valuable Halong Bay tour. We enjoy the trip.β

We had an unforgettable time aboard the Halong bay Cruise! From the moment we stepped on the boat, the crew made us feel welcome and taken care of. The ship was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed offering stunning views of Halong Bay.
The itinerary was well-planned with just the right balance of relaxation and activitiesβkayaking, visiting caves. The highlight for us was the incredible scenery.
Meals were fresh and delicious, with a good variety of local Vietnamese dishes and Western options.
