This was a truly amazing trip, with a 5-star itinerary. Our guides were fantastic. King Kong and Jessica made this day unforgettable. Glasha and Polyusha say hello to Jessica🥰 But I have questions for Trip.com... Why did I book and pay for a tour with a Russian-speaking guide, only to receive an English-language tour????? I went with two 9-year-old children, and they don't speak or understand English, which is why I was looking for a Russian-language tour. To summarize, the tour is 5 stars, the guides are 5 stars, and Trip.com is 0 stars.

I booked through Ctrip, and I've always trusted them. This time was no exception. The itinerary was perfectly arranged; no need to get up early, and the driver arrived on time for pick-up and drop-off. The pirate ship ride was breathtaking, with stunning scenery all around. The staff were knowledgeable and responsible, providing explanations of the attractions in both Chinese and English – very attentive. There were quite a few foreigners on the ship, and everyone was very polite and friendly. We had a great time, laughing and getting along harmoniously. It was a very enjoyable day, with beautiful scenery that lifted my spirits. I'll definitely choose Ctrip again for future trips!

All services as described - the whole team were truly amazing - the buffet was simple Halal dishes and very tasty - Ohma the rep should be given the Award the best Rep in Thailand - his English Language was very clear and he very bubbly and helpful with everything - 10/10 I will use them only especially with Ohma.

Until the last hurdle the day was very well organised and very enjoyable. The pick up transfer arrived on time, and the journey to the departure peir in the north of Phuket as good as to be expected in the rush hour. On arrival at the meeting point, although it seemed a little chaotic, everything worked well and we were soon on the boat. The boat itself was very comfy and far more spacious than the one we had for our trip to Phi Phi. The whole day was very enjoyable with the canoe trip a highlight of the whole holiday. The only issue was at the end of the day on arrival back at the meeting point where our driver failed to be on time. We were told he would be 5 minute, but 45 minutes later he arrived. It is not ideal at the end of a long day, when all you want is to get home, to be stuck waiting for your driver to arrive in the searing heat.
