For a more comfortable experience, travelers are not allowed to bring large luggage items such as suitcases, oversized bags, or strollers. 2. If traveling with an infant, please inform customer support before placing your order to avoid overcrowding or overloading on the day of departure. In such cases, the driver/guide reserves the right to refuse service without refund.

Overtime fees apply if exceeded: RM50/hour for vehicles with fewer than 7 seats, RM80/hour for vehicles with 7 seats or more. Any partial hour will be charged as a full hour.
