How to use
Your Forbidden City ticket requires a second confirmation. We will notify you of your reservation result at 8:00 PM Beijing time six days prior to your visit. Once your reservation is confirmed, please go to "View Details" in your order to obtain your reservation voucher. Scan your passport for entry (no QR code required). If your reservation is unsuccessful, we will reschedule or refund your payment.
Friendly reminder: Please make sure your ID number is correct to avoid any delays in entry. Thank you for your cooperation!
Morning session admission time: 8:00-12:00; afternoon session: 11:00-16:00, please enter through the Meridian Gate.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 10 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 7 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 20% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested before 11:59 PM on the day of date of use.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

1. Please book your tickets at least 10 days in advance
2. Foreign tourists please use their passports, Hong Kong and Macao tourists please use their Home Return Permits, and Taiwan tourists please use their Taiwan Compatriot Permits. Please reserve the correct ID number; if you enter with the wrong number, you will not be able to enter the scenic area.
3. This ticket is a secondary reservation. If tickets are very limited during peak seasons or holidays, we will do our best to get you a ticket. If you cannot reserve a ticket, you can apply for a rescheduling or a refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

4. The peak season management period will begin on April 1st. Due to ticket shortages, we are not accepting designated morning/afternoon tickets at this time. We will do our best to secure tickets for you (morning or afternoon, please refer to your actual booking voucher for details) to ensure you can travel smoothly on the scheduled date.
