Our tour guide and driver, Grandma Yang, was a warm and down-to-earth woman who cared for her guests like a mother would her own children. She meticulously arranged the itinerary, ensuring everyone had oxygen, warmth, meals, and water. Even on the eve of departure, she showed her deepest concern. Grandma Yang's smile was as warm and radiant as the Yunnan sunshine, truly heartwarming. Grandma Yang was wonderful! However, she's still quite young; we can call her "Sister Yang" from now on.

My family and I have been to Lijiang many times. This time, we chose to join a tour to the snow mountain. After booking, staff contacted us immediately to confirm the itinerary and explain the precautions and safety instructions. The service was excellent! We joined a small group of three families. The driver, Uncle Meng, whose car license plate number is Yun L1158L, was a nice and responsible person. The itinerary was well-arranged, and compared to going on our own, it was much more convenient and less tiring. The experience was great!
