I hadn't heard of this system before, but a local friend highly recommended it, so I used it for the first time. It was well worth the price and very easy. I thought they would ask for my name, but they only showed me the company logo. I was able to connect with the person in charge via LINE, so I felt at ease. It was during Tet, but I was able to enter the country in less than 10 minutes.★

It was literally fast! Love staff was waiting between row EF. I looked for the staff after checked in in row K. Love her service attitude, her willingness to help beyond her role (with my issue at the check in desk). The queue was long but this service helped me clear immigration and xray in few minutes (possibly 10min or less). I will definitely use this service again and include entry service during peak season. Thank you.★

Very good Fast Track service at Noi Bai International Airport.
The staff was waiting for us with a sign and guided us through immigration smoothly. We didn’t need to queue and the whole process was very fast.

The airport is pure organized chaos when trying to check in and go through immigration and security. The lines are long and the space is not large enough. VIP Fast track departure made this an eight minute process. It’s definitely worth the investment. Just follow their instructions and meet them after you check in. It’s a breeze.
