It’s free & easy, was provided same driver & tour guide, pretty professional service. Meals were not included so better to let guide know of your preference and expectation if you have a budget. Traffic was very bad, we had to skip Leifeng Pagoda. Overall was excellent and enjoyable.

The show was visually beautiful and overall entertaining. Only feedback is that the ballet scene did not match up in providing impressions of the west lake and Hangzhou.
