Enter through gate no. 1 by swiping your ID (passport, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan ID holders must first go to the Prince Kung's Palace Museum comprehensive service center to redeem a paper admission ticket with the ID used for booking). Gather at the red "Jing Zhuangyuan" guide flag on the right side of the stone lion. The guide will contact you at the phone number provided in your booking by 10 PM the day before your tour.
