Tour guide Milton was friendly, experienced and shared many interesting information during the ride about the places we were going. Worth it as you get to see different places and especially the Grand Canyon West. Amazing view.

A few days before departure, the tour guide contacted me via WhatsApp, clearly stating the meeting time and location. The guide, Sarah, was excellent. The tour bus was large and comfortable. I purchased a lunch package at the restaurant; the food was plentiful but slightly unsuitable for young children (they could only eat fries). My itinerary included a 15-minute skywalk. The overall itinerary was very smooth. Highly recommended. Note that a tip is expected for the guide at the end (optional). Sarah's service and attitude were excellent, so I gave her a small cash tip. 👍🏻

The whole package was simply fantastic. From the hassle-free shuttle service pick-up and check-in to the breathtaking flight itself, everything was just perfect. We're so glad we chose the plane over the helicopter. The views from the window are amazing, the flight lasts about 70 minutes, and we enjoy interesting commentary in various languages through the headphones. We wanted for nothing. As they say in Germany: I can't complain about anything. That's the highest praise! I would do it again in a heartbeat. The value for money is incredible, especially considering the flight time compared to other providers. Definitely recommended!
