Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 10:00 AM, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 10:00 AM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

This product cannot be canceled after activation.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

- Children under 6 years old: 1 child free (children cannot book alone and must be accompanied by at least one adult).

- An additional fee of +100,000 VND per child applies for each additional child. Please pay this fee directly on board.

- Each group (2 adults or more) can choose a maximum of 2 packages.

- Please arrive at least 40 minutes before departure time.

- Passengers are advised not to bring food and drinks on board.
