The ticket was issued in time. After asking any questions, the customer service solved the problem in a timely manner. I am very lucky that the weather cleared after going up the mountain. It is amazingly beautiful here. The glacier snow mountain is pleasing to the eye and comfortable to the body and mind.

Very recommended this travel agency! Very satisfied! Chinese tour guide, very kind! Special thanks to Xiaohan tour guide. Since I was in the cable car, I saw that the scenery along the road was too beautiful. The left-hand camera and the right-hand mobile phone were patted. I actually lost the mobile phone. I found that the mobile phone was missing. Fortunately, Xiaohan tour guide coordinated with the on-site staff in time and found the mobile phone. I am really grateful. So although it is free to travel, some attractions are still suitable for group travel.

I've been searching through a lot of Jungfraujoch guides online, and I recommend buying this Jungfraujoch package. After placing the order, customer service contacted me and answered many of my questions. The entire experience was relaxing, and transfers were very convenient. Remember to choose a day with good weather to reach the summit; the experience is fantastic! After descending the mountain, we wandered around the beautiful town of Grindelwald. I regret not staying there for a night.


