Itinerary Overview:

• 6:30 AM DepartureYour private driver will wait for you at the reception of your hotel or apartment, holding a sign with your name in Pinyin. Please look out for the person with the sign when you come downstairs! Once you're picked up, we'll start today's journey (due to the long drive: if you need to stop for the restroom or a 7/11 along the way, signal the driver or contact customer service—they'll inform the driver!).
• Around 10:30 AMArrive at the Kwai Bridge: Visit and take photos. This bridge is part of the Thailand-Myanmar Railway, built by Japanese-forced Allied prisoners of war during WWII for invasion purposes—many lives were lost during its construction.(If you want to reach the Death Railway by train: Notify us in advance! A train passes around 10:40 AM (may be delayed)—ticket (including water/drinks) costs ~150-200 Baht (pay cash on the train). The ride takes ~1 hour (no air conditioning). Alight at the Death Railway's Thamkrasae Bridge station—your driver will pick you up there.)
• Around 12:00 PMArrive at the Death Railway: Have lunch at a local restaurant.
