Easy to use SIM, no hassle, fast connection, strong internet in every area. But if it is used, the speed will fall, almost can't turn anything. Have to wait to cut the new day round, can use facebook Instagrams YouTube no problem.

eSIM can be installed, deleted, and reinstalled up to 10 times on the same device. 

Reinstallation is allowed within the validity period of the QR code (for unactivated eSIMs) or the data plan (for activated eSIMs). After expiration, reinstallation is not possible.

eSIM will automatically adjust its IP address based on the application you are using

• Use a Hong Kong IP when opening Chinese mainland applications

TikTok compatibility notes

Service provider (CMHK) has enhanced compatibility with TikTok, but cannot guarantee that TikTok will work normally on all phones. Refund requests due to phone incompatibility with TikTok will not be accepted.

If you encounter a TikTok sign-in issue on your iOS device, please first update the operating system to the new version and reinstall the TikTok app. If the issue is still not resolved, you can visit the TikTok official website through your phone browser and sign in to your account, then jump back to the app to continue using it after successfully signing in.

Note: The service provider may stop support for TikTok at any time without prior notice.

Actual steps may vary depending on the operating system version and device model.
 
[Install eSIM]
*A QR code can only be used on one phone. Once installed, it is linked to that device and cannot be transferred to another device.
 
Install directly in the Trip.com App:
iOS users: Please ensure your Trip.com App is updated to the latest version and your iPhone system is upgraded to iOS 17.4 or higher to install the eSIM directly in the app.
 
Scan QR code/manually enter eSIM information to install:
1. Open the QR code attachment in your Trip.com App booking and print it or save it to another electronic device in advance. (iOS 17 and above, and some Android phones can directly save the QR code image to the phone)
2. Open "Cellular" (iOS) or "SIM card management" (Android) in Settings.
3. With your phone connected to the Internet, tap "Add cellular plan" (iOS) or "Add SIM card management" (Android) and scan the QR code to install.
4. If you cannot scan the code, you can enter the "SM-DP+Address and Activation Code" from your booking admission voucher to install.
5. If steps 3 or 4 fail, your phone may be locked by your local carrier (unable to use other carrier network frequencies). You will need to contact your carrier to unlock it before using the eSIM.
 
[Use eSIM]
1. Turn off your primary SIM and turn on the eSIM network switch.
2. Enable "Cellular" (iOS) or "SIM card" (Android).
3. Turn on "Data roaming".
4. If you still cannot access the Internet after the above settings, please set the APN and restart. See details below.
 
[About APN]
1. If you purchase an eSIM covering multiple countries/regions and cannot connect to the Internet upon arriving in a new region, please manually switch the APN (it normally switches automatically).
2. Setup steps:
iOS: Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network
Android: Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network > Access Point Names (APN) > New APN or Edit APN
3. Enter APN: cmhk
4. Restart your phone.
 
[Customer support]
If you encounter any issues during use, please do not delete the installed eSIM. Send a screenshot of your phone's settings interface to customer support, and we will provide quick assistance.
Change & Cancellation Policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the expiration date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the expiration date, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Precautions

[Usage Instructions for Renewal]

*Renewal orders are only applicable to the device bound to the original order and do not support device changes. If you need to switch devices, please do not purchase a renewal order.

• When the data allowance of the original order is exhausted, you can click the "Renew" button on the original order page to purchase a renewal order. The renewed plan and validity period will be automatically added to the original order.

• If the original eSIM has not been deleted from the device, there is no need to reinstall the eSIM, and the renewed data allowance can be used directly.


[Rules for Renewal Order Activation]

Day Pass/Data Package: After the data allowance of the original order is used up, the internet speed will be reduced, but the renewed data will only be automatically activated after the original plan's coverage period ends. If you need to terminate the original order plan early and activate the renewed data, please contact customer support.


[Disable Domestic SIM Card Roaming]

Before using an eSIM, make sure to turn off data roaming on your domestic SIM card to avoid incurring high international roaming charges. You will be responsible for any related fees, including roaming charges, overseas SIM card/eSIM purchase costs, and transportation expenses. No additional compensation will be provided.


[Maintaining Fair Usage Policy]

To maintain network quality and the Fair Usage Policy (FUP), telecommunications companies may throttle users who consume large amounts of data within a short period, leading to slower speeds or inability to connect. To ensure stable internet access, please avoid activities that consume excessive data, such as prolonged video streaming/downloading, software updates, or sharing your network (hotspot).
