My five-day trip to Seoul was very smooth, and the installation was straightforward even for beginners. Initially, the installation in Taiwan was a bit confusing, but the customer service was excellent and patient. I tried an eSIM card for the first time and was amazed at how easy it was to get one. I specifically bought the extended country package because I was on a Persian Gulf cruise. I had no issues anywhere, and the connection was excellent everywhere. I had plenty of data and speed. I'm sure I'll always take an eSIM card with me when I travel, and I'll probably get one from trip.com, because first impressions last forever :)
