Reviews: Yun Hsien Resort + Wulai Scenic Train + Wulai Falls + Wulai Old Street Private Chartered Tour [Departing from Taipei]
Guest User2026-07-26
A less-visited but absolutely worthwhile place! Locals told me that Wulai used to be a popular destination, but now it's less crowded. Even though it was Saturday, we didn't see many tourists. Being surrounded by mountains felt wonderful (it would be even better if there were fewer mosquitoes 🤣). The little train in Wulai is quite unique, and the wild vegetables on the old street are a highlight. I finally got to drink the cactus juice I had in Taipei before.★

Reviews: Taipei Day Trip: Yehliu Geopark, Qingtiangang Hill, Xiaoyoukeng, and Zhuzihu (including pick-up and drop-off)
Guest User2026-10-17
Overall, transportation was convenient, and it was easy to get to each sightseeing spot during the tour without any issues. However, do take note that bad weather, especially heavy fog and continuous rain, can significantly affect the experience. Some mountain-top areas may be completely covered in fog, making it impossible to enjoy the views and potentially making the trip feel like a waste. I would recommend checking the weather forecast for each destination in advance during your travel period to help you plan accordingly. Otherwise, the tour transportation service is good.★

Reviews: Taipei Fun Pass | Transportation & Popular Attractions Unlimited Travel Pass
Guest User2026-11-06
I had a 5-day stay in Taipei this time, and since I had 3 full days free, I bought this pass. It's great value for money and I highly recommend it. It allows unlimited rides on most buses and the MRT in Taipei, and was very convenient for sightseeing, including the National Palace Museum, Maokong Gondola, Miramar Ferris Wheel, Taipei 101, and Taipei Zoo. There were also gifts and experiences included, which made it very enjoyable. I've fallen in love with Taipei all over again (*´ω｀*)★

Reviews: 1-day tour to Yehliu, Jiufen, Shifen Waterfall & Shifen Old Street with shared transfer - Departing from Taipei
Guest User2026-11-06
The time spent at each place was a little short, but it was worth the price paid. Overall, it was good. The guide, David, was attentive, engaging, and very talkative.★

Reviews: [Guided Bus Tour] Morning or Afternoon Available│Explore the Magical Jiufen│Ample Free Time│Leisurely Paced Tour│Choose from 2 Drop-off Locations
Guest User2026-11-06
I participated in this tour as a solo traveler.
I think it would be quite difficult to travel to and from Jiufen using public transportation, so I'm really glad I joined this tour.
The guide introduced recommended local shops, gave detailed directions and cautionary information to prevent me from getting lost, and was very kind, allowing me to enjoy sightseeing with peace of mind.
Since it was the afternoon tour, the night view was also beautiful.
