I was truly captivated by the beautiful scenery here, it was so relaxing and I was so happy! My trip to Nusa Penida was the most wonderful day of the entire trip, haha! I highly recommend everyone come here to experience the pristine island atmosphere. This review is mainly to thank the customer service team; they were incredibly kind and caring towards us in every way. Our driver on the island was also very professional. It was a very enjoyable trip, absolutely gorgeous!★

We went on a tour that included snorkeling. We were very pleased with the organization. Everything was on time. A driver picked us up from the hotel in the morning and took us to the port, helped us get our tickets, and showed us where to go. Then we went to the boat. The only downside was that when we approached the boat, there were almost no seats downstairs, just chairs in the middle, scattered around, making it very cramped and stuffy. To get to the second deck, the boat staff told us to buy drinks for 50,000 for a can of Coke. But we simply had no choice; we had to buy two cans for 100,000. We sailed for about 50 minutes. Then, our wonderful guide, Putu, was waiting for us on the island. He took us sailing. The waves were very big, and the boat was smashed violently, but we saw the promised manta rays. Then Putu drove us along the route to our planned destinations. He's a wonderful conversationalist and a kind person. The car is comfortable, with air conditioning. We loved everything.★

Can not ask for more. Drivers are excellent when pick up, drop off, they are on time and always there, especially the driver at Nusa Penida, named Didi, also a perfect photographer for our family during the trip to Diamond Beach, Kelingking and Broken beach. He is very heplful and funny guy who arrange the trip perfectly. Tip: if you want to enjoy more, just select West or East, then you can have time to enjoy the moment in the Island★

Since I'd already visited Elf Falls, Celestial Baths, and Celestial Rift on the western route, I requested to swap those three stops for Chocolate Hills and Crystal Bay. Everything was arranged without any thought. The air conditioning in the car was plenty cool. The food was also quite good, with a choice of six main dishes: fried rice, fried noodles, and four other fried items of unknown origin. Drinks also included hot tea, iced tea, lemon tea, and water. There was a long stretch of the road along the coast, which was also very scenic.
