Jiulu rafting is very exciting, but not dangerous, the coach is professional and very careful, I was afraid of the water, let me enjoy this journey! Mali Mali Cultural Village also makes me very unforgettable! The tour guide Cavin is very professional and attentive, and the commentator Ray is also very professional and let me know a lot about the customs of Malaysian indigenous peoples!

We had an excellent time rafting on the Kiulu River! Everything was well-organized and safe. The instructors were friendly, fun, and professional, making the experience both exciting and secure. The transfer service was also great—the driver/guide was very kind, knowledgeable, and shared interesting facts about Borneo during the trip. The lunch provided was delicious too! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun and smooth adventure. Our rafting experience on the Kiulu River was fantastic! Everything was well-organized, safe, and fun. The instructors were friendly and humorous, making the trip easy and enjoyable. The transfer service was also excellent, and the driver/guide was very kind, knowledgeable, and shared interesting facts about Borneo along the way. The lunch provided was also delicious! Our tour guide, Xiao Chen, was lovely and wonderful! There were more places to eat than we expected, and fresh coconuts were available for purchase. The mountain road was a bit bumpy, but that was unavoidable given the environment. There was also a free farm where we could feed the animals, which were very cute. The staff on the boats to see the monkeys and fireflies were all very cheerful. It was a very worthwhile trip!

During the Chinese New Year, the price of over 500 yuan per person is definitely not as good as usual, and a lot of time is wasted waiting for people to be picked up. Normally, with around 300+ people and fewer people, the experience would be much better. Overall, I'm still willing to give it a good review, because it's truly remarkable that they were able to arrange food, drinks, and entertainment for so many people with different itineraries and requirements, and even provide staggered pick-up and drop-off services during the Chinese New Year holiday. Although the journey is long, the scenery is stunning, and we even saw some wildlife 👍. The itinerary was rich and varied, including snorkeling, sightseeing, monkey watching, firefly watching, sunset viewing, and ironwork performances. We drove back and forth several times on an extremely bumpy road near the Kawa entrance 😂. The downsides are that the morning was rushed; we were too pressed for time on the island. There wasn't much to see while snorkeling; we only caught a few fish with bread. Furthermore, the resort was just an area enclosed by iron railings, with no hot water, and we had to queue to shower in smelly toilets. We didn't see the white sandbar, had a long lunch queue, and didn't take many photos before leaving. The bubbles sprayed on the sand looked a bit dirty and not dreamy at all. The transparent paddleboards weren't enough to keep us entertained, and they started rushing us back after we only took a few photos. The boats rocked so much in the big waves that it gave me a headache. These things are understandable and acceptable, but I was a little disappointed that the experience didn't match the description.
