Although it was a seriously hot day in Xi’an, the Terra-cotta Warrior facilities are well ventilated with air conditioning in all the buildings/pit sites. Our guide, Tina, was very informative and provided an overview of the history of the site. I highly recommend this tour. And be sure to top it off with the DIY terra-cotta warrior figurine making experience. We were a bit apprehensive about visiting the site during the July holiday, however the crowds were manageable and it was an overall great experience.★

We had an amazing experience with William who was our guide. His cultural knowledge is impressive. We really appreciated having him !We started the day visiting the Terracotta Warriors, and he made sure we saw the best spots and understood the history behind them. Afterwards, we visited the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the city wall, and again William gave us detailed explanations and fun facts that made everything much more engaging. We asked if we could skip the last spot since we already visited it, and the driver took us directly to our hotel. So appreciate the flexibility!★

I'm currently traveling throughout China. The Terracotta Warriors and Huaqing Pond are far from downtown Xi'an, and it's also difficult to secure tickets for the "Jiang Han" performance, one of China's four major performances, at Huaqing Pond. Therefore, I applied for transportation and performance tickets. Listening to the English explanations provided by @Luna's guide made the experience comfortable. They even picked me up at my hotel in the morning. 1) While touring the Huaqing Pond, the guide explained various points of interest. 2) We had a lunch of bean sprout noodles in front of the Terracotta Warriors (there were also dumplings and other options). 3) While viewing the Terracotta Warriors, Luna's guide provided detailed explanations. 4) We returned to Huaqing Pond and waited until the performance. During this time, I exchanged my pre-purchased tickets with my passport. I was seated for the first performance. 5) After watching the "Jiang Han" performance, I enjoyed it so much that I want to sit even closer to the front row next time. Afterwards, I took a bus back to the Bell Tower from the designated parking lot. Thanks to Luna's friendly and attentive guidance, I had a fulfilling day. Thank you. I already want to go back to Xi'an, a city of history and culture.★

Grace provided a very detailed introduction to the Terracotta Warriors, she sharing some specifics and interesting historical stories, which I really enjoyed. She also helped me purchase tickets to a performance and arranged a visit to a unique mosque. I am very grateful for her assistance. This is a must book tour in XiAn.★

Luna, our guide was great. Communicated through WeChat the night before and morning of the tour to organize pick up. 14 people in our group which was a good size. A good amount of time spent at the Terracotta Warriors. We also saw the optional performance which provided a story for the Terracotta Warriors. The palace was a beautiful way to end the day. The only negative was that there wasn't as much learning how to make the noodles as I thought there would be. The dough is already made so it's just shaping then which they them take away to cook. Very tasty! A great full day experience.★

The tour was very good. They contacted me months beforehand to ensure everything was in order, and we even booked another tour with them in advance, and it was personalized. The terracotta tile tour was good, and our guide was excellent. She was patient and attentive because we were a large group with two 80-year-old adults, and she catered to our every need. Our guide, named Phoenix, was very good. 100% recommended. She didn't rush us; everything was calm and relaxed. She also recommended a show for us to see and got us tickets. The show was awesome.
