Itinerary notes:
Due to the unpredictability of daily transportation conditions, weather, holidays, or crowd factors, the arrival times for each itinerary may change. According to Japanese law, the driver's working hours are limited to 10 hours. To ensure the driver's safety and stable operation, the itinerary may be adjusted based on actual circumstances, including reducing attraction visit times or canceling certain attractions. We sincerely hope for your understanding and support regarding these adjustments made to prioritize safety.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the aforementioned or other force majeure circumstances. Please understand our position as we will be unable to provide refunds in such cases. This decision is made to prioritize the safety of both drivers and passengers, as well as to ensure the smooth operation of our entire team.
We are always committed to providing you with a quality travel experience, but in some cases, we may need to flexibly adjust the itinerary based on actual circumstances. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Other force majeure factors may include but are not limited to:
Natural disasters: earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, floods, typhoons and other natural disasters may affect the itinerary.
Traffic accidents: Road traffic accidents or congestion may cause itinerary delays.
Weather conditions: Severe weather conditions such as heavy snow, rainstorms, or thick fog may affect transportation and itinerary arrangements.
Government regulations: Emergency regulations or transportation controls issued by the government may lead to itinerary changes.
Health emergencies: Sudden health issues of travelers or team members may require first aid and urgent treatment, leading to itinerary changes.
Social events: Such as strikes, protests, social unrest, etc. may have unpredictable impacts on transportation and itinerary.
