If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 PM, 5 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 PM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 PM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

1. The sightseeing bus at Niubei Mountain scenic area operates from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. 2. Currently, the Pan Valley route is inaccessible. Please contact the concierge in advance to confirm alternative routes. 3. The attraction currently accommodates visitors aged 7-64. Visitors over 64 must provide a health examination certificate from a secondary-level hospital, including ECG and blood pressure/cholesterol/blood sugar results. Children aged 3-6 must sign a liability waiver at the entrance. Children under 3 are not admitted due to high-altitude risks. 4. Hotel rooms normally accommodate two guests. A third guest will incur a campsite service fee of 198 CNY, including breakfast, mineral water, and an oxygen cylinder. 5. Travel restrictions have been lifted—all guests may enter with a green health code. 6. The campsite is located in a high-altitude area. Temperatures drop significantly in winter, so please bring warm clothing. Due to strong UV radiation, sun protection is advised. 7. First-time visitors to high altitudes may experience varying symptoms of altitude sickness (e.g., headaches, dizziness, drowsiness). Prepare glucose tablets, ibuprofen, or other altitude medication. Carry cold and diarrhea medicine as well. 8. Bring your personal ID for check-in procedures at the hotel.
