1. This product does not include soft drinks, meals, or transfer service.
2. Helicopter bookings are not accepted for infants under 2 years old. Children over 2 years old will be charged the same price as adults.
3. Helicopter working hours: 10:00-17:00
4. Only cameras, mobile phones and sunglasses can be brought on board. All bags, hats and scarves can be stored in free lockers. Pregnant women, the elderly and those with high blood pressure or heart disease should place orders with caution.
5. You can bring a camera while on a helicopter ride (camera lenses longer than 400mm are not allowed), but your mobile phone must be in flight mode. You are not allowed to bring a selfie stick, computer, or Food.
6. Once confirmed, it is non-refundable and non-changeable. If the tour is cancelled due to official weather or other unavoidable factors, all fees will be refunded to the guest. No refund will be given for losses caused by cancellation or delay due to the guest's own reasons. Please be aware of this.
7. Please arrive at the designated location 45 minutes before the flight. Otherwise, the direct flight may be cancelled due to late arrival. The loss caused by the cancellation or delay due to the guest's own reasons shall be borne by the guest.
8. It is recommended to wear brightly colored Clothes & Accessories. The sea breeze is strong in winter, so it is recommended to bring a coat.
When booking, please fill in your passport Chinese/Mandarin name + Pinyin (must be exactly the same as in the passport), travel date, number of travelers, flight time, weight, mobile phone number, email email address and gender in the remarks section.
9. This product requires confirmation. After successful payment, you need to confirm with the supplier. Please wait patiently for confirmation. If the date you booked is full, we will notify you in time to change the date or refund the full amount. The time is based on the confirmation form, and the ticket will be issued within 15 days of the date of use.
