This class stood out as highlight in a trip full of highlights. I cannot recommend the class enough. I hope to one day return. The view, the staff, some of the best pasta I had my entire trip, there is nothing but overwhelming positive things to say. A trip to Florence is incomplete for me now without Francy’s Pasta class. ★

Lovely and educational experience. Wines and food were tasty, drive to the tasting room is beautiful, and close to San Gimignano. We are not connoisseurs, but thoroughly enjoyed it. Certainly over delivered for the cost.
As soon as we entered the tasting room and saw the lovely set up, I knew that there would be a sales pitch at the end. Wines were quite pricey. We left a generous tip and bowed out without an additional purchase. If this is a challenge for you, be prepared to drop some cabbage.

This was a great experience in learning about the history and process of winemaking in the region. Ettore, our guide was excellent at explaining different soils and grape varieties in how they produce certain vintages. Tastings were excellent, plate of salumi, formaggio e pane went well with the wine. The only thing that would have made it 5 stars, would have been a trip to the vineyard, which they are working on.About
