Inclusions:
1. 1-day private charter service, including vehicle fuel costs, toll fees, parking fees, empty return fees, and commercial vehicle operation insurance during the trip
2. Driver and guide service fee (full-day private charter time slot is 10 hr, normally 08:30-18:30), gratuities and meal allowance
Exclusions:
1. Overtime fee: NZD 100/hour, payable directly to the driver-guide
2. Meals and other personal expenses for guests
3. Items not mentioned in the above inclusions require self-payment for admission tickets. For ticket purchase assistance, please contact customer support.
Booking Information
1. Private tour with no shared transfer, hotel pick-up time can be negotiated.
2. Discount policy: One child safety seat is provided for free; Note: According to local regulations, children aged 6 and under must use a child safety seat and cannot be held in arms. If traveling with children, please specify the number and ages in the remarks; An additional fee of 100 CNY per day applies for a second child safety seat.
3. Insurance Note: Customers need to purchase overseas insurance themselves, and all service vehicles are covered by commercial vehicle insurance.
4. If the customer is late or fails to attend the trip due to personal reasons, it will be considered as voluntary abandonment of the trip, and no cancellation or refund requests will be accepted on these grounds.
5. Itinerary Adjustment: This itinerary may be subject to temporary changes or suspensions due to weather, strikes, safety concerns, or other factors. Your cooperation is appreciated.
6. If guests voluntarily abandon the itinerary during the trip due to personal reasons, they will be responsible for any personal safety issues and additional expenses incurred, and no refund will be provided for the itinerary fees.
