Important Notes:

Travelers who cannot swim are strictly prohibited from booking the "North Route" itinerary. In the past, non-swimmers participating in the North Route have repeatedly caused conflicts between crew members and other snorkeling travelers, and there have been frequent recent incidents where crew members had to rescue drowning travelers, posing significant safety risks to all parties; The "South Route" itinerary is the better choice for non-swimmers: although it includes a single snorkeling activity, the water conditions on the South Route are calmer; If you cannot swim but have booked the North Route, on-site staff have the right to deny your entry into the water without refund. Instructions

1. This product requires reconfirmation for availability after booking (no tours on December 25). After successful booking, a PDF e-confirmation will be sent to your email (please check the attachment).

2. For guests with hotel transfers: Please wait at the designated location specified in your confirmation voucher on the day of service (the pick-up/drop-off address may differ from the one provided during booking, so always refer to your confirmation voucher for the exact location).

●Due to capacity restrictions at the attraction, the pick-up address may differ from the one you provided when booking. You may need to walk to a nearby designated pick-up location. Please follow the address specified on the confirmation voucher. Once the booking is confirmed, the attraction does not accept free cancellations due to pick-up address differences if the cancellation falls within the non-refundable or modification period. We appreciate your understanding.

3. Self-assembled guests: Please use the confirmation voucher to redeem your tickets at the following ticket redemption address on the day of your visit before joining the tour.

Regarding holiday or peak season surcharges

1. Speedboating itinerary includes a surcharge on Queensland public holidays: AUD 20 for adults and AUD 10 for children, payable on-site!

Important Notes

1. [Small Aircraft] The weight limit per passenger is 140KG. We regret that we cannot accept bookings exceeding this limit. Passengers weighing over 125KG may be subject to an additional fee at the attraction, typically ranging from AUD 50-150, as determined by the attraction's on-site requirements.

2. For safety reasons, please do not extend any part of your body or cameras out of the window during the flight.

3. The speedboating speed is 65 km; there is no place to change clothes during the departure for speedboating, so please wear your swimsuit and outerwear before departure for convenient snorkeling; you can change clothes in the restroom on Whitehaven Beach before the return.

4. Visitors prone to seasickness should prepare in advance based on their physical condition; as sunlight is intense during beach and ocean activities, it is recommended to take sun protection measures and bring sunscreen products.

5. Please bring your own swimwear, towel, slippers, and waterproof camera. In winter, bring a windproof jacket. Only small carry-on bags are allowed; large luggage should be left at the attraction office.

7. Island tours are subject to unpredictable weather and may be canceled at short notice. In such cases, we will either reschedule your tour or provide a refund. Claims for compensation will not be accepted. We appreciate your understanding.

8. As tourism in Australia has just resumed, attractions have limited staffing. If there are local strikes or similar incidents on the day of the itinerary, the trip may be canceled temporarily. We appreciate your understanding.

9. For guests who have booked the [Small Plane + Speedboating 1-Day] package, if the small plane is canceled on the same day, the refund will not be based on the price difference between the [Small Plane + Speedboating 1-Day] and [Speedboating 1-Day] packages displayed on the page. This is because the [Small Plane + Speedboating 1-Day] package includes lunch and a full set of snorkeling equipment, so the actual price difference will be less than the displayed difference. The specific refund amount is subject to confirmation by the attraction.
