Children under 6 years old can take the bus for free (they cannot occupy any seat). Children must be accompanied by an adult.

1. After the booking is confirmed, you will receive an e-voucher with a URL link.

 

2. Open the "E-ticket URL" in the e-voucher to reserve your ticket.

 

3. After clicking on "E-ticket URL", Step 1: select travel date, Step 2: select boarding location, and Step 3: select alighting location. The departure times will then appear. Select the departure time you want to take and submit the booking.

 

4. Please note: You must make a reservation within 30 days of purchase (from the date of purchase), otherwise the e-voucher will automatically expire. You need to select your intended travel date when booking so that the system can complete the booking.

6. Each passenger is allowed to carry 2 pieces of baggage, each piece of baggage must not exceed 50 cm x 60 cm x 120 cm, and each piece of baggage must not exceed 30 kg.

 

7. Please note that once a ticket is reserved, it will be considered used.
