Travel information confirmation

The service staff will confirm your itinerary via phone by 9:00 PM (local time) the day before at the latest. Please ensure your mobile number is reachable. If you haven't been contacted by then, please reach out to customer support.

Travel Documents

On the day of the trip, please gather at the designated meeting point with your ID card in advance (recommended 10 min earlier).

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 6:00 PM, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 6:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:59 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 60% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 11:59 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Important note

1. Admission tickets for Henan Museum must be reserved on the mini-program by 5:00 PM five days before the visit date (excluding the visit day).

2. The guided tour duration by social docents at Henan Museum is from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM in the morning, and from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM in the afternoon.

3. During holidays and weekends, please make sure to book your Henan Museum admission tickets at least 5 days in advance to avoid any delays in your itinerary.
