A half-day visit, including tickets, transportation, and a guided tour, was quite fulfilling. The Unification Palace was a very thorough visit.

Visiting the Cu Chi Tunnels was one of the most powerful experiences I had in Vietnam! 🇻🇳 Overall impressions: I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Special thanks to our guide: he was incredibly attentive to everyone, telling the story with deep understanding and respect for the past, turning dry facts into a living narrative. What was striking: The underground system is a true engineering masterpiece. It's amazing how they managed to build an entire city, complete with hospitals and headquarters, under such conditions. The scale of the handiwork is simply staggering. What was horrifying: At the same time, the place evokes profound emotions. The sight of the ingenious, cruel traps and the stories of inhumane living conditions in cramped quarters and perpetual darkness are truly terrifying. Even in the passages widened for tourists, claustrophobia sets in, allowing you to fully comprehend the full horror of that war. I definitely recommend it. This is a thought-provoking place that will make you see history without embellishment.
