Temporary Registration Guidelines

For some products, you may not be able to book a trip for the next day directly after 18:00 the day before departure. If you need to book after 18:00 the day before departure or on the day of travel, please contact customer support for assistance.

Important Notes:

1. For the join-in tour guide service, children under 1.1 meters in height are free of charge, while those over 1.1 meters will be charged the same price as adults. Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by at least one adult guardian and cannot join the tour alone. Please be aware of this!

2. If the number of participants for the join-in tour guide service is fewer than 5, the itinerary will be canceled with a full refund.

For the join-in tour guide service, orders are placed per person, meaning you need to purchase one for each participant.

4. Regular join-in tours are limited to 20 people for premium small groups, while during July and August summer vacations as well as weekends and holidays, the maximum number for join-in tour guide service is approximately 30 people. Please be advised.

5. After placing an order for a private tour guide service, our customer support will call you to confirm the itinerary. If the waitlist is unsuccessful, you can cancel without penalty or we can arrange a rescheduled date for you.

6. Private tour guide service, includes up to 5 people. For additional travelers: CNY 60 per person for 2-hour extension, CNY 80 per person for 2.5-hour extension.

7. Children under 1.1m in height are free of charge for private tours, excluding headphones. If earphones are used, the same price as adults applies.

8. The guided tour with admission tickets offers a booking service. If the booking is unsuccessful, the fee will be fully refunded. The merchant is not responsible for any issues arising from the failure to book the admission tickets.

9. On weekdays, please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time. No waiting will be provided for latecomers in join-in tours, and fees are non-refundable. During summer/winter vacations, weekends, and public holidays when crowds are expected, queuing may occur for entry. Please arrive at least 30 minutes in advance.

How to Use:

After booking, a staff member will contact you by phone or SMS before 21:00 on the day prior to your trip (for bookings made after 18:00 the day before, you will be contacted after 9:00 the next morning) to confirm your travel details. Please keep your phone available for contact.
