Eligibility
Adult: 9–99 years old
1. Children from 1 to 4 years of age are free, sharing a room with parent
2. Children from 5 to 8 years of age are charged 75%, sharing a room with parent
3. Children from 9 years of age as adult
4. Only one (01) child under 4 years old sharing room with two (02) adults is allowed for FOC.
If there are children, please notify us before the departure date, otherwise there will be an additional fee and will not be free as prescribed.
How to use
All times are given in local time
You'll receive your Trip.com booking confirmation upon successful booking
You'll be contacted by the tour organizer to confirm your pick-up details by 18:00, the day before departure
Please present your booking confirmation to the tour guide before departure
Please arrive at the designated pick-up point at least 5 minutes before departure/ pick-up time informed by the tour operator
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 4 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested before 11:59 PM on the day of date of use.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
