A very unique experience of visiting a local food market, getting ideas of herbs and spices and learning thai-style cooking from the local people. We enjoyed eating the food we cooked while meeting people from different places of the world.

Our chef, Aim, managed the entire process perfectly and took great care of everyone; she was incredibly thoughtful and humorous. It was truly fantastic. The food was delicious and tailored to individual tastes. A whole morning of cooking classes was quite tiring ๐Ÿ˜…, but a very enjoyable culinary experience. After the Grand Canyon cooking class, you can explore the park and even go canoeing, although there are no instructors or lifeguards present.

Truly one of my best experiences on holiday, I really advise the VIP full day elephant experience. Guides were well natured, the environment was well kept, the elephants were clearly well cared for having a large area of forest. We got to wish the elephants, play with the elephants, take photos with the elephants. We were trained to make food which the kids loved and fed the elephants. We were taken on a VIP trip with the elephants were we were walking side by side playing with the elephants. I had a personal water fight with one mischievous elephant and I was bullied by an 18 month old elephant. The guide was kind and courteous and very knowledgeable.

It's fun and useful! First, we go to the market, then the garden, then class, and finally, we enjoy our delicious food. Our teacher's name is something like Xiaolong, I can't quite remember, but he speaks excellent Chinese!

It was amazing! Sky was the teacher and she was simply outstanding! I did a half-day cooking class in Chiang Mai with Sky and three wonderful young men from Germany, and it was absolutely brilliant. From the moment we went to the local market to choose fresh ingredients, to returning to the cooking school and preparing the dishes, everything was top-notch. The food was incredible, the experience was so much fun, and we learned far more than we expected. Such a memorable morning โ€” I highly, highly recommend this cooking class to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.
